The Fissan dog makes a beautiful show dog, lovable companion and great work dog for various performance events.


Our dogs have excelled and titled as Show dogs, Obedience, Rally, Agility, Nosework, Barn Hunt, Farm Dogs, Therapy Dogs, CGC, SPOT, Trick Dog, Service Dog, Dock Diving, Fast Cat and most important Family Members.

Our dogs average life span is 14 years. What are you doing for the next 14 years?



Puppies are cute BUT..... American Eskimos shed. Males "blow" their undercoat one time per year and females "blow" two times a year with their heat cycle. Spay females "blow" similar to Males



American Eskimos were bred to alert their family to danger, so YES THEY BARK, however with training they can learn.



American Eskimos do make good family pets as long as a human is in charge. Eskies can be strong willed if left to take over, but are also very willing to follow a strong leader.

We take the placement of FISSAN Dogs and Puppies EXTREMELY seriously. We will be in contact with you when we feel like we have a pup or dog that will best fit your situation. We also love to help ALL dog lovers no matter where you got your dog. If you need mentors for showing or training please reach out!


I take pride in the puppies I produce and keep in contact with puppy buyers for the life of their dog. This means for 15 years or more. It is extremely important all homes are a perfect fit for each puppy. To help with placements please complete the questionnaire below.


Puppy/dog application timeline





Step 1: Complete the questionnaire at right including listing 2 references.


Step 2: Receive approval and letter of intent form


Step 3: Complete letter of intent and send deposit.


Step 4: Receive confirmation of deposit


Step 5: Receive notification of available dog/puppies


Step 6: (optional but STRONGLY encouraged) Visit breeder and meet puppy/ dog


Step 7: Breeder will match puppy to buyer.


Step 8: Meet breeders to pick up puppy.


**Per MN state laws no puppies will be sold sight unseen you must make a minimum of 1 trip to breeders home to pick up your puppy.
